Later, she became a professor of Fine Art at the Lebanese Academy of Fine Art (ALBA). She also joined the Association of the Lebanese Painters and Sculptors in 1990, and in 1995 she went to Paris in order to study the Lithograph technique at L’Atelier des Beaux Arts.
Her solo and collective exhibitions mostly took place in Lebanon, where six solo shows were hosted by the Galerie Janine Rubeiz, but she is also represented in Switzerland, in France and in the UAE.
She held many group and solo exhibitions in Beirut, Paris, UAE, Ryadh and Lausanne. Rose Husseiny was also represented in Art Dubai and Abu Dhabi Art, the most important art fairs of the Middle East, many times. Husseiny finds the inspiration in her imagination, when she materializes an abstract idea into an artwork. “What guides my pictorial expression is a sovereign alchemy which activates the fusion of my instincts and desires, my ideas and dreams. The painting becomes the meeting ground of reason and the senses: it also acts as my link with the outside world.
She now lives and works between Canada and Lebanon.
